强力宁治疗成人过敏性紫癜26例临床实验研究

摘　　要：对47例成人过敏性紫癜（AP）进行了出、凝血和补体系列检测，其中26例AP患者接受了强力宁（PTL）临床治疗单盲试验。结果发现AP患者的PAgT、ⅧR∶Ag、ATⅢ：Ag、C3、CRP显著高于正常人（P均＜0．01），ATⅢ∶C低于正常人（P＜0．01）。PTL可使PAgT、ⅧR∶Ag明显下降，使C3、CRP及ATⅢ∶C恢复正常水平，总有效率为96％，同对照组相比具有作用快、治愈率高、疗程短及副作用少等特点。作者认为，AP发病处于血栓前期亚临床高凝状态，PAgT，ⅧR∶Ag，ATⅢ∶C，C3，CRP对AP的病情监测、临床转归及预后判断具有重要参考价值。The plasma levels of bleeding and coagulation system and complement were determined in 47patients with allergic purpura of adults. 26 cases of allergic purpura of the adults were treated with potenlin (PTL,60~ 80ml/d). Results Showed tha levels of PAgT, ⅧR: Ag, ATⅢ: Ag, C3 and CRP were signficantly highr than those of normal persons (P<0. 01 ), and ratio of ATⅢ: C decred (P<0. 01 ).The levels of PAgT and ⅧR: Ag were markedly decred and the levels of ATⅢ:C, C3 and CRP returned to normal after treatment with PTL. The total effective rate was 96%. In compeison with the control gtoup, the PTL group had the foliowing benefits: quick effect, hign cure rate, short coume of treatment and low incidence of skle effects. The authors taleve that the attack of purpura is based on the subclinical hypercoagchtion state of prethrombosis. The levels of PAgT, Ⅷ R: Ag, ATⅢ: C, C3 and CRP are important for the monitoring of patient' s condition and prognosis.
