摘　　要：报告泛发性皮肤钙沉着症１例。女性，３８岁。双臀、腹股沟及双下肢斑块伴疼痛３年。检查：双臀、腹股沟、左胸、双下肢分布大小不等结节和斑块，质坚如石，有压痛。部分表面皮肤萎缩并与结节粘连。血清钙、磷值正常。血脂升高。Ｘ线显示软组织钙化影。病理活检示皮下组织内大量钙盐沉着。对此病分类及治疗进行了讨论。The authors report on a 38-year-old woman who presented with a 3-years localised painful plaques beneath the skin of both buttock, inguina and lower extremities. Clinical examination showed that there were firm, tender nodules and plaques of different size beneath the skin of both buttocks, inguina, lower extremities and left thoracic wall, whereas the skin on some nodules was atrophied and adherent to them. Levels of serum calcium and phosphorus were normal, but levels of serum lipids wese elevated. A plain film revealed calcification shadows in the soft tissue and the histopathological study demonstrated a great deal of calcification in the hypodermis.
