程序电刺激诱发的持续性室速和室颤对双异丙吡胺的反应

摘　　要：双异丙吡胺对程序电刺激诱发的１０例持续住室速或室颤的疗效：完全抑制１例，部分抑制９例。使诱发的室速周期长度及心室有效不应用明显延长。漂浮导管测定用药前后心率、心排指数和肺楔压无明显变化。The antiarrhythmic effect of disopyramide on 10 patients with coronary heartdisease and recent history of sustained VT/Vf was studied invasively by PES and simultaneousSwan-Ganz catheterization. Complete and partial suppression of VT/Vf were achieved in 1 and 9patients respectively. The induced VT-CL and ventricular ERP prolonged from 277± 53ms andZ11± 37ms to 422 ± 92ms and 288 ± 33ms respectively (P<0. 01) No significant hemodynamicchanges concerning HR ,PCWP and CO were observed.
