摘　　要：检测二尖瓣狭窄（ＭＳ）病人止血系统多项指标，以证实ＭＳ血栓前状态（ＰＴＳ）的存在并探讨其发生机理。结果表明：ＭＳ病人在止血系统多个环节发生异常，存在ＰＴＳ；合并房颤的ＭＳ病人止血系统异常更为显著；ＰＴＳ与ＭＳ严重程度有关。Abstract The hemostatic characteristics were studied in patients with mitral stenosis(MS) in an attempt to confirm the existence of the prethrombotic state(PTS) and to investigate its mechanism. The results show that there are abnormalities in many aspects of hemostatic system in patients with MS,especially in those with atrial fibrillation,indicating the existence of PTS,and that PTS is related to the severity of MS.
