多平面经食管动态三维超声显像的临床初步应用

摘　　要：研究应用多平面经食管动态三维超声显像新技术，对１５例各种心血管病和５例正常人进行研究，展现了心血管病超声诊断的新视野。Abstract To display the three-dimensional imaging of cardiovascular diseases,we studied 20 cases by Tomtec computer-based dynamic lhree dimensional reconslruclion system,including milral valve stenosis 6.mitral valve prolapse 2,inleralrialseptum defect 3,aortic valve prolapse 1,congenital subaortic slenosis l,aortlc dissection l,pericardial tumor 1 and normal subjects5.A Hewlett Packard Sonos 2500 cardiac ullrasound system and oMHz multiplane transesophageal probe were used for data acquisition. The scanning plane can be continuously rotaled through 180 degrees. The step motor is activated and rotated at each 2. o degrees. To improve the temporal and spatial registration, the imaging acquisition was controlled by ECG and respiration gating. Theresults shown that the dynamic motion of all the valves and heart structures can be seen in three---dimensionally. Any desired planeof the heart also can be visualized by adjusting the plane direction of Q,9 and Y angle. It would be expecled lhat dynamic three--dimensional reconstruction by the method of multiplane [ransesophageal echocardiography has strong clinical potential for the cardiacdiagnosis
