东山瘦煤灰熔聚气化工艺特点

摘　　要：本文介绍了东山瘦煤在Ф１ｍ灰熔聚流化床粉煤气化装置上的试验运行及其工艺特点。试验结果表明：该煤种在灰熔聚和细粉循环的条件下，控制反应温度在１０８０±１０℃和表压０．３ＭＰａ下能达到稳定连续操作。The paper introduces the test operation and the process features of ash agglomeration gasification with Dongshan lean coal powder in Ф1m fluidized bed gasifier. The test resuIts have showed that in the case of ash agglomerat ion and fine powder circulation this kind of coal can attain stable and continous operation at temperature of 1080±10℃ and under gauge pressure of 0.3MPa.
