摘　　要：本文分析讨论了混合粉料在高温熔地区的反应机理，提出了石灰粉、焦炭粉合理的工艺指标，介绍了空心电极的操作要点和几种常见故障的原因分析及排除方法。This paper discusses and analyzes the reaction mechanism of powder mixture in high-temperature melting area. The reasonable techhic indexes of lime powder and coke powder are presented.The main points for operation of hollow electrode are pointed out.The reason and solving methods for several common troubles are also introduced.
