摘 要:在市场经济体制下,行业通过确定年度工资水平增长率和工资水平指导线,供部门和企业、单位参考,是工资宏观调控的一项重要措施,运用因素分析理论和方法,提出了煤炭行业工资水平增长的“多指标、加权重、复合线性增量模型”,并作了实例验算,以期作为行业工资水平增长的宏观调控依据。整个分析、计算已编制应用软件,具有较强的可操作性。Determination of annual growth rate and guideline for wages in the coal mining industry in a commodity economic system is an important measure for macro-control of wages, which can be used as reference for Ministry of Coal Industry, enterprises and organizations. A 'multiple indices, weights and compound linear increment model' is established for investigation of wage increase in coal mining industry on the basis of factor analysis theory. The data are checked by examples. It will be used as criterion for macro-control of wage increase. The analysis and computation are embodied in application software and it can be easily operated.
