摘 要:钻井中因采用泥浆临时支护及破岩地层造浆,钻井过程需排放大量废浆而占用大批耕地及污染环境,并已不能满足矿井建设的要求,阻碍了钻井法的应用与发展,采用高聚物抑制水化、跨越扩散双电层吸附及聚磷酸盐降切沉降,减少废浆弃量48%;利用线型长链高聚物在专制的滚筒内与废浆发生完全絮凝,絮团受到不均匀力作用,不断致密并与水分离,最终满足堆积与装运要求,从而使废浆得到治理。In shaft drilling, mud is used as temporary support, a great quantity of drill mud has to be treated which occupies cultivated land and brings about environmental pollution. It can not satisfy the needs of mine construction and restrains the application and development of shaft drilling. high polymer is used to inhibit hydration, to improve adsorption and settlement. As a result, the waste mud can be reduced by 48%. Linear long chain high polymer flocculates completely with waste mud in a special drum. The floccules become compact and separate with water, and finally can be collected and carried away. The waste mud is thus treated.
