摘  要:分析了琴弦筛筛网的动态特性,根据筛网丝的稳态响应解作出了幅频特性曲线,从理论和试验两方面讨论了筛网丝的相对振动幅值和张力之间的关系,提出振动时筛网丝的应力为交变波动拉伸应力,其强度校核应采用拉伸疲劳时的持久极限σr;当筛网丝相对振动幅值增大时,动应力也相应增大,所以不宜在共振区内工作;在共振区以外工作只要控制好初始张力,既可保证有足够的自清洗能力,又可保证筛网丝有足够的强度。The dynamic characteristics of piano wire screen mesh are investigated. The amplitudefrequency characteristic curve is plotted in accordance with steady-state response of screen mesh. The relative amplitude and tension relationship is also discussed in theory and in practice. It is considered that when vibrating, the stress in wire mesh is alternating tensile stress and endurance limit σr of tensile fatigue should be used to check its strength. The dynamic stress increases with the increase of the amplitude. It is not suitable to work in the resonance region. As long as initial stress is properly controlled,it is self cleaning and has sufficient strength if not working in the resonance region.
