摘  要:本文评价了棉花叶内营养物质和次生物质如:全氮,可溶氮,棉酚和单宁含量与抗螨性的关系。棉叶螨在苗期叶片上比在花铃期叶片上有更高的增殖力,这与花铃期叶片内含有更高的增殖力,这与花铃期叶片内含有更高的单宁含量和更低的氮素含量有关。抗螨品系川98-19在苗期有很强的生长势和低的可溶氮含量。在中棉所12苗期叶片匀浆液稀释8倍的人工膜系统内加0.5%单宁对叶螨有强烈的排拒性。Some cotton leaf chemicals were evaluated to determine their importance as nutri-tion for and as factors of resistance to Tetranichus cinnabarinus. The chemicals include tannin,gossypol, total nitrogen, and soluble nitrogen. Mite reproductive rate was higher on leaves inthe seedling stage than in the blooming stage. Leaves in blooming stage appear to be protectedagainst the spider nite by a higher concentration of tannin and lower content of nitrogen. Re-sistant strain Chuan98-19 revealed fast growth characteristic when it was infested. Tanninappeared repellence against the spider mite on parafilm when tannin added to the homogennateof leaves of CRI12.
