摘 要:本文对含不同浓度小牛血清(FCS)维持液中靶细胞的自然释放、最大释放及效应细胞释放进行检测,结果表明:效应细胞自然释放随FCS浓度增加而增加显著,当FCS为20%时,其释放接近甚至超过最大释放;FCS低于5%时,其释放趋于稳定。由结果看,无FCS时,各项释放最稳定,但经相关性试验检测,无FCS维持液检测结果与含FCS的维持液检测结果不相关。The max releases,spontaneous releaxes and the release,of effector cells in maintenance medi- ums varied with FCS concentration were measured in this paper. The results showed that releases of effectorcells increased significantly by the increase of FCS concentration supplemented in the maintenance mediums,and it was near or more than the maximal releases of target cells when the FCS concentration was 20%,Eachkind of the releases was more stable and the releases of effector cells approached the spontaneous releases oftarget cells when the FCS concentration was less than 5%. According to our experiments, the maintenancemedium without FCS in best for the measurements,but the results of reliability study indicated the assay inmaintenance medium without FCS was not comparable with the assaay in ones with FCS.
