摘　　要：新型高性能铝合金以其质量轻、性能优越、外形美观等特点,广泛地应用在摩托车发动机气缸、气缸盖、活塞、车轮和车架等零件。随着摩托车向高速、大功率、高压缩比及降低油耗、嗓声和排放的方向发展,对材料的要求越来越高。传统材料已严重影响整车性能的提高,新材料的开发应用必将推动摩托车向高技术化、高性能化时代发展。Featured in light weight, excellent performance and graceful out appearance,the new high performance aluminum alloy is widely used for motorcycly parts and components, such as engine cylinder,cylinder head,piston,wheel,frame,etc. With motorcycle developing towards a trend of high speed, high power and high compression ratio and facing more and more stringent requirements in fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emission ,a higher requirement to materials has been posed and the development & application of new materials will surely promote motorcycle industry to a new era of hitech and high performance.
