摘  要:本实验在RES封闭后失血性休克过程见有循环白细胞入肝囤积,再由肝释放,进而入肺扣押,同时血小板也在肺扣押。此外,还见到肺系数增大和相应肺损伤变化,肺系数和肺扣押数呈正相关关系。单纯封闭过程除有循环白细胞减少并在肝脾囤积外,别无所见。单纯失血性休克则上述变化均未见到。结果表明白细胞和血小板参与RES抑制后失血性休克引起的肺损伤变化。This study indicated that leukocytes release of the liver and the pulmonary entrapment of leukoeytes and platelets, pulmonary injury occured in acute heraorrhagic shock following depressed reticuloendothelial function in the rabbits. There were linear relationships between pulmonary entrapment of leukocytes and platelets, and increase of pulmonary coefficient. These changes were not observed in control animals, the animals of depressed RES and acute hemorrhagic shock animals. The results suggested that leukocytes and platelets involved in the pulmonary injury of acute hemorrhagic shock after depressed RES.
