高炉喷补工艺参数对喷补性能的影响

摘　　要：在实验室内进行了各种喷补工艺参数及不同条件下的高炉喷补试验。确定了使用硅酸铝质喷补料的适宜喷补工艺参数为：喷射压力０．４ＭＰａ，喷补料配水量１０％，喷射距离１．０ｍ。在高炉内衬已侵蚀到钢板或冷却器的部位焊上适当的锚固件可明显提高喷补层与受补面的结合强度。Study on gunning performance affected by varied parameters of spraying process and conditions of blast furnace lining has been done in the laboratory. The fit parameters of spraying process have been chosen as follows, The fit air pressure 0. 4MPa, water content 10K and spraying distance 1. 0m. The gunning performance has been improved by using changing gunning technique.
