氨茶碱对小鼠胰岛移植的影响

摘　　要：本文报道了氨茶碱对小鼠胰岛移植的免疫抑制作用。作者以小鼠胰岛移植为模型,给受体鼠1%的氨茶碱灌胃,发现给药组移植胰岛的平均存活时间(MST)明显较对照长,由对照组的15.0±2.7天延长至31.9±12.6天(P<0.005),证实氨茶碱能延长移植物的存活时间。The suppressive effect on acute transplantation rejection by aminophylline was reported. Islet transplantation in mice was used as a model. Aminophylline was given orally on 3 days before transplantation and this procedure lasted for 7 days after transplantation, It was shown that the mean survival time (MST) was significantly prolonged to 31.9±12.6 days of amtnophylline treated group in comparison with 15.0±2.7 days of the control groups.
