摘　　要：系统阐述了板块运动动力学的主要方面，首次提出了板块聚合－离散的银河年周期律，强调板块运动是内生和外生双重动力源共同作用的结果，可以用非线性多元动态方程进行刻划。This paper makes a systematic exposition of the primary questions of the plate moving dynamics, and advances a Cosmic year cycle law about plates from conjuntion to disintegration in the earth. It emphasizes that the plate moving is the bipower functions coming from the intraearth and out-space, and the plate moving pattern can be described by a nonlinear and polyeletnental dynamic equation.
