摘 要:通过失重法测试了不同浓度的苯并咪唑类化合物(BMAT)在5%HCl中对316L.不锈钢的缓蚀率,探讨其吸附规律符合Frumkin吸附等温式.通过温度对腐蚀率的影响计算表观活化能与吸附热,推断缓蚀机理为化学吸附.极化曲线测试表明.缓蚀剂属阴极为主的阴阳极混合型.篒nhibition efficiencies of different coiicentration BMAT on 316L SS in 5% HCI were tested by weight-loss measurement.The result showed that the absorption of BMAT obeyedFrumkin isotherm absorption. By studying the influence of temperature on 316L SS corrosion rate,the apparent activation energy and absorption heat were computed, and the mechanism of inhibition was considered to be chemisorption.Testing of polarization curve showed that BMAT was mainly cathodic but mixed inhibitor.
