摘 要:该文报道了一种直接制备不同粒度级别球形化RDX的方法,采用溶剂(HNO3)非溶剂(H2O)沉淀技术,由乌洛托品(HA)和浓HNO3(98%)硝解氧化反应生成的RDX硝酸溶液直接制备不同粒度级别的球形化RDX。在实验室中进行了50g量级的试验,着重研究了结晶温度、搅拌速度及稀释速度对RDX粒度及球形化的影响,由乌洛托品和浓HNO3(98%)反应直接制备了6个级别(A、B、C、D、E、H)的球形化RDX,产品符合美国军用标准。This paper deals with a method for the direct preparation of ballgrain RDXaffording different particle size distribution,HA and HNO3 (98% ) reacted on each other toform a solution of RDX in HNO3,then prepared ballgrain RDX affording different parti-cle size distribution directly by making use of the technique of solvent/nonsolvent precipitation, Experiments having scales of 50 g yield were conducted in the laboratory. The sixclasses (A、B、C、D、E、H) of ballgrain RDX prepared directly from HA and HNO3 (98% )met the American military specification qualities of the products,And special attentionshould be paid to factors which affect the granularily and spheroidization of RDX such asthe crystallization temperature,stirer speed and dilution rate.
