摘 要:选用正交试验方案初步讨论了板子厚度、竹片厚度、热压时间、热压温度、板子密度、竹片涂胶量、刨花施胶量等七个结构和工艺因子与竹材更合板纵向静曲强度及平面抗拉强度之间的关系,结果证明:板子厚度、竹片厚度、板子密度是影响强度指标的最主要因子,刨花施胶量、热压时间对板子的力学强度也有较大的影响,而竹片涂胶量及热压温度在试验范围内对板子强度的作用较小。By means of the orthogonal design method, a preliminary study was made to investigate the relationships between 7 structural and technical factors (total board thickness,bamboo sheet thickness,hot pressing time, hot pressing temperature, average density,adhesive level of bamboo sheets,adhesive level of bamboo particles) and strength properties of bamboo composite board (Modulus of Rupture (MOR) and Bonding strength(IB)).The test results show that the total board thickness,the bamboo sheet thickness and the average density are the most important factors affecting the strength properties of bamboo composite board. Hot pressing time and the adhesive level of bamboo particles also affect the strength properties,but the adhesive level of bamboo sheets and hot pressing temperature are of minor effect on the strength properties of bamboo composite board within the test range.
