摘 要:以松节油裂解产物月桂烯及丁酮与乙醛为原料,经羟醛缩合、双烯加成及环化反应合成了龙涎酮。考察了不同的反应温度、时间及不同催化剂配比等因素对三步反应的影响,确定了适宜的反应条件,同时对反应机理作了初步的探讨。三步反应的得率分别达69%、81%及93.1%。为工业化生产龙涎酮提供可靠依据。Three steps were used in the study to synthesize ISO E SUPER. Firstly.Acetaldehydro was reacted with butanone to obtain 3-methyl-3-pentene-2-one,which. in turn. was reacted with myrcene to form a substituted acyl cyclohexene. Finally.the so called Diels-Alder adduct was cycliced.Factors in the three steps,such as the satisfactory temperature,time of reactions.and the kind and amount of catalysts were studied.The mechanism of reactions were discussed.Yield in the three steps were 69%,81% and 93.1%, respectively.
