猫海马内去甲肾上腺素递质在应激诱发皮质醇分泌中的作用

摘  要:研究猫腹侧海马微量注射肾上腺素能受体阻断剂(心得安和酚妥拉明)在电刺激内脏大神经中枢端时对血浆皮质醇浓度的影响。实验观察到,电刺激内脏大神经中枢端可致血浆皮质醇浓度明显升高,腹侧海马内微量注入心得安(10μg/2μl)可阻断这一效应,而酚妥拉明(10μg/2μl)则不能阻断之。结果提示,海马内去甲肾上腺素能系统在电刺激内脏大神经致动物应激时,可能通过β受体对垂体一肾上腺皮质分泌机能进行调节。ffects of microinjection of propranolol and phentolamine into the ventral hippocampus onplasma cortisol concentration were studied in cats during the presence of electric stimulation ofthe central end of greater splanchnic nerve. It vvas found that stimulating the central end ofgreater splanchnic nerve increased the plasma cortisol concentration. This effect may be blockedby the lnicroinjection of propranolol , but not by that of phentolamine. These results indicatedthat the norepinephrine in the ventral hippocampus might regulate the pituitary-adrennocorticalfunction through β-receptor at the stress indnced by stimulating the greater splanchnic nerve.
