肉毒杆菌毒素A对眼肌作用的形态学研究

摘　　要：对２２只家猫计８８条直肌局部注射Ａ型肉毒杆菌毒素（ＢｏＴｘＡ）后行形态学研究。光镜观察，未发现明显异常，但通过透射电镜观察到，牵拉型肌纤维的神经末梢髓鞘超微结构有异常。ighty-eight rectus of 22 cats received local injections of butulinum toxin A for morphologicstudy. A microscopic study showed no changes in preparations of both control and treated mus-cles.Nerve terminals of the twitch type in the preparations of the treated muscles showed myelinabnormalities tinder the electron microscope.
