川楝子油体外杀精子研究

摘　　要：采用Ｓａｎｄｅｒ－ｃｒａｍｅｒ法评价了川楝子油体外杀精子效果。川楝子油在２０ｓ内可使精子丧失活力，而川楝子油－环己酮复合物对精子的影响随其浓度增加而增强。精子复活试验表明对精子的上述影响为不可恢复性的。sing Sander-cramer methods,we investigated the spermatocidal effects of toosendan oil in vit-ro in the rat sperm assay. Toosendan oil can make spermatozoa immotive within a period of 20 s.The time for immobilizing the sperm completely was related to the concentration of the oil mixedwith cyclohexanone. The higher the concentration was,the stronger the spermatocidal effectswere. Sperm revival test indicated an irreversibility of the effects.
