壮儿饮治疗疳气证的临床观察及实验研究

摘　　要：以补脾运脾平肝为治疗法则组方，临床治疗疳气证患儿４０例，并与健脾糖浆对照组作对照观察，结果见治疗组总有效率达９０％，与对照组相比Ｐ＜０．０１；治疗后患儿体重和症状有显著改变（Ｐ＜０．０１）。动物实验见小鼠胃泌素分泌增加，胃蛋白酶活性增加，对胃液量及总酸度无明显影响。Abstract This paper reported that 75 cases of infantile malnutrition treated with Zhuanger drink made based on reinforcing the spleen. activatins the spleen and calming the liver. The result was that cured rate was 57. 5%. effective rate was 32. 5%. It was significant defference compared with reinforcing the spleen. In experiment Zhouanger drink could raised serum gastrin level in mouse malnutrition model made by feedins high protein and hish caloric diet and strengthened activity of pepsase.
