异位胰腺的中医辨证及X线诊断

摘　　要：异位胰腺的中医辨证及Ｘ线诊断开国维，黄海清（南京中医药大学附属医院２１００２９）主题词胰腺疾病／诊断Ｘ－ＲａｙＤｉａｇｎｏｓｅｓｏｆＥｃｔｏｐｉｃＰａｎｃｒｅａｓａｎｄＤｉｆｆｅｒｅｎｔｉａｔｉｏｎｏｆＳｙｎｄｒｏｍｓａｎｄｓｉｇｎｓ￥Ｋｕａｇｕｗｅ...Abstract Ectopic pancreas was congenital abnormality rarely seen which was related in deficiency of congenital kidney essence. exposure to external toxin. and deficiency of qiang blood of the Ren and hong Channels.This article reported 6 cases of ectopic pancreas which was confirmed patholoically3 of them present with deficiency of spleen qi. 2 of them present with deficiency of spleen yang. and one present with sinking of spleen qi. X - Rays showed circular or oval shaped filling defect areas with clear bordering lines, 1- 2. 5cm in diameter. plicae of mucons membrane begin intact or slightly flattened. U mbilicated sign was shuwn in 2 cases. and duct sign was shown in 3 cases. Points for differential diagnosis were also briefly discussed in this article.
