摘　　要：补肾健脾法促进低出生体重儿生长发育的机理探讨姚惠陵，江受传，王明明，郁晓维，方泰惠（南京中医药大学儿科教研室南京中医大学药理教研室２１００２９）关键词低出生体重，补肾健脾，药效学ＴｈｅＭｅｃｈａｎｉｓｍｏｆＴｏｎｉｆｙｉｎｇｔｈｅＫｉｄｎｅｙａｎｄＳ...Abstract In this paper .the mechanism of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen to promote the growth and development of low body newborn was studied. The results showed that tonifying the kidney and strensthening thespleen could adjust some hormonal disturbance in newly born guinea pigs which had a low body weight, enhance thecellular and humoral immunity of mice and promote the rabbit's ileum to absorb Slucose in vitro. These might be responsible for the therapeutic effect of tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen.
