摘 要:本文利用凝胶电泳法对隶属于4科5属6种淡水腹足类的酯酶同工酶进行了比较研究,并讨论了六种螺之间酯酶同工酶的距离系数。结果表明,在同种螺的群体内酯酶有明显的多态现象。异种螺酯酶的酶谱差别显著,经对六种螺三种酯酶的酶区分布、谱带出现频率和距离系数D值分析得出:科间种类酶谱的分布不同,D值较大。科内属间种类的酶谱分布一致,D值较小.其变异程度显示出六种腹足类在系统演化中的亲缘关系。纹沼螺、大沼螺和长角涵螺之间的亲缘关系较近,而与光滑狭口螺、方格短沟蜷及梨形环棱螺的亲缘关系较远。实验结果与淡水腹足类最新修正的形态分类系统相吻合。This paper reports a comparative study about esterase isoenzymes and the relationship of 6 species of freshwater Gastropoda, which belong to 5 genera, 4 families with gel electrophoresis method.According to the result, the parttern of esterase bands are different on the zymogram in different species. There are obvious genetic polymorphism in populations of the same species. The distribution of esterase bands are remarkably different in different families,but almost identical in the same family. The data of distance coefficients of esterase among species in same family are niuch less than that in different families. The variation of esterase isoenzyme in different species shows the relationship of Gastropoda phylogeny. The electrophoregram demonstrates that Alocinma longicornis, Parafossarulus striatulus and Parafossarulus eximius are more close with each other than with Stenothyra glabra,Semisulcospira canceliata and Bellamya purificata. The results of the experiments are coincide with recent modified taxonomical system in freshwater Gastropoda.
