摘　　要：报道８例阴囊Ｐａｇｅｔ氏病均行手术治疗。本病易误诊为阴囊皮肤慢性湿疹，病检方能确诊。强调治疗６～８周无效的阴囊皮肤湿疹样改变应早期活检，阴囊皮肤局部扩大切除术疗效满意。本文对阴囊Ｐａｇｅｔ氏病的发病机理、诊断、治疗及其预后进行了讨论。cases of Paget's disease of scrotum were successfully treated surgically and the diagnosis was comfirmed on pathological studies at all.The malignant lesion might be easily misdiagnosed as chronic eczoma.Early biopsy and wide local excision of scrotum should be emphasizcd.The etiology diagnosis treatment and prognosis were discussed.
