摘　　要：本文报道了计算机在线重建动态三维超声心动图。介绍了二维图象数字化电路和图象数据传输给计算机的接口。自动边界数据采集系统是用梯度边缘追踪法自动获取左室内膜边界的曲线点,使用三次曲线插值法及最小二乘法拟合整条左室边界曲线。文中探讨了利用二维超声心动图边界重建三维图象的方法和计算左室特征性参数。Dynamic three-dimensional echocardiographic reconstruction of the intact human left ventricle processed automatically by a computer on line is reported in this paper. The circuit which can digitize the images of two-dimensional echocardiogram and transfer the data into a computer are designed. The system of automatic boundary data acquisition can obtain the curve data of the endocardium boundary of left ventricle with the tracing algorithm of the gradient image edge. An entire left endocardium boundary is fitted with the cubic curve interpolation method and the least-square method respectively.The method of three-dimensional reconstruction of the left ventricle from multiple cross sectional echocardiograms and the calculation of the left ventricle feature parameter are discussed.
