肝脏声学造影下腔静脉显影的探讨

摘　　要：本文对163例肝内实质型占位性病变及肝硬化患者进行H_2O_2肝脏声学造影检查发现20例下腔静脉显影,其原因是由于门静脉系统血管阻塞、门静脉高压及造影时肛管插入深度不够。对照分析下腔静脉显影组与未显影组的病理改变,提示显影组病变较大且距门静脉较近、门静脉痛栓较大及肝硬化较严重。这对临床诊断及鉴别诊断有一定意义。This paper reported two group of patients with the solid space occupying lesions of the liver and cirrhosis. The contrast echoes were detected in the inferior vena cava in case of obstructive portal venous system, portal hypertension or the rectal tube was inserted too shorter. Our result suggested if the contrast echoes display in the inferior vena cava, the focuses may be larger, near the portal vein or in company with severe cirrhosis. They have significance in clinical and differential diagnosis.
