电针对关节炎大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质和束旁核神经元单位放电的影响

摘  要:用急性佐剂性关节炎大鼠作为病理性疼痛的实验动物模型,运用细胞外单位放电记录方法进行实验,结果发现:关节炎大鼠中脑导水管周围灰质和丘脑束旁核神经元的自发放电无明显差异;二者对伤害性刺激诱发的放电潜伏期和频率均无明显差异(P>0.05);而放电持续时间各不相同(P<0.05),电针对这两个部位的神经元的伤害性反应均有一定的抑制效应,但抑制时程各不相同。结果表明,中脑导水管周围灰质和束旁核在关节炎大鼠的痛觉调制和电针镇痛过程中均发挥一定的作用。Rats with adjuvant arthritis were used as an animal model of pathological pain in this experiment and the unit discharges of neurons in PAG and Pf were recorded. The main results were as follows:(1) The spontaneous responses of neurons in PAG was the same in Pf;(2)The latency and frequency of nociceptive responses in PAG and Pf was the same while the duration of nociceptive responses was significantly different.(3) EA had the inhibitory effect on nociceptive response of neurons in PAG and Pf:But the inhibitory duration of EA on the nociceptive response in PAG was shorter than in Pf The results suggest that both PAG and Pf could have the important roles in pain modulation and analgesia in arthritic rat.
