四种评价右室收缩功能的二维超声心动图方法比较

摘　　要：本文对21例先天性心脏病患者进行右室造影检查,评价四种估测右室收缩功能的二维超声心动图方法。结果表明,除右室长径缩短率外,二维超声心动图估测的二种右室射血分数及右室面积变化率均与造影法的射血分数呈良好相关,提示这些方法可用于评价右室收缩功能。Twenty-one patients with congenital heart disease underwent right ventricular angiography and echocardiography. Four echocardiographic methods estimating right ventricular systolic performance were evaluated. The results showed that right ventricular ejection fraction estimated by two echocardiographic methods and right ventricular area varying rate (RVAVR) correlated strongly with right ventricular ejection fraction obtained from right ventricular angiography, but right ventricular dimension shortening rate correlated weakly with angiographic right ventricular ejection fraction. We concluded that these methods could be used to evaluate right ventricular systolic performance.
