摘  要:本文利用二维超声成象及脉冲多普勒血流定量技术测定了30例正常人(Ⅰ组),37例有一般性头昏.头痛症状病人(Ⅱ组)及97例椎-基底动脉(VBA)供血不足病人的椎动脉(VA)内径及每分钟血流量,发现Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组受检者这两项指标相差不显著,但都比Ⅲ组病人大,相差非常显著(P<0.01)。22例病人做了VA血管造影与超声方法所测内径一致,进一步肯定了超声方法的可靠性。利用上述技术还能发现VA发育不全或缺如(2例),特别是还能发现锁骨下动脉盗血(2例)。因此考虑超声成象及脉冲多普勒技术对判定颅外脑血管的病理及机能状态,特别是VBA供血情况有重要价值。通过对168例受检者上述指标的测定,本文初步建立了用上述技术检查VA的常规方法和正常值范围。The diameters and minute flow of vertebral arteries (VA) of 30 normal subjects (group-Ⅰ), and those 37 pts with common headache and dizziness (group Ⅱ ) as well as 97 pts with vertebro-basi-lar arterial ischemia (group Ⅲ) were determined with ultrasonic imaging and pulsed wave Doppler technique. The measured indexes showed no significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ (p>0.05). The indexes, however, of group Ⅲ were significantly smaller than those of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ (p< 0.01). Twenty two pts of group Ⅲ had VA digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and the diameters of VA determined by DSA were consistent with those determined by ultrasound technique which further confirmed the reliability of ultrasound approach in measuring the VA diameters. Two pts had one-side VA absent and 2 had subclavian artery blood steal were detected with ultrasound approach. This study has established the routine procedure of observing VA and showed the important values of ultrasound method in estimating the functional status of VA.
