摘　　要：雄性成年大鼠一次性四氧嘧啶注射制成糖尿病模型。电镜观察其前列腺腹叶，发现前列腺上皮的主要超微结构改变是细胞与核仁变小，胞质中粗面内质网和高尔基氏复合体大幅度减少，粗网上核糖体脱落；与对照组相比分泌颗粒数量明显减少。本文讨论了糖尿病与性功能障碍的关系以及胰岛素与性器官的相互作用等问题。Experimental diabetes was induced in adult male rats with a single injection of alloxan. Samples of the ventral prostate of diabetic rats were observed under electron microscope. The main ultrastructural changes in the epithelium.of the gland included decreases in cell size and the size of nucleolus. Large declines were observed in the abundance of RER, size of the Golgi apparatus. There was detachment of the ribsomes from the RER. The number of secretory vacuoles decreased obviously as compared with the normal. Some problems about the interrelationship between diabetes and sexual dysfunction, the interaction between insulin and sex organs are discussed.
