摘　　要：本文报告２４例胆总管结石借助机械碎石术效果。所有病人均系结石过大或乳头切开受限而达不到取石的长度。结果表明，机械碎石术简易、安全，可提高内镜胆总管取石的成功率。Abstract The present reported the results obtained by the aid of mechanical lithotripsy for 24 cases of CBD stones.The stones are either very large or there is a disproportion between the length of the papillotomy and the diameter of the stone.The results indicate that the technique has being simple to use,uncomplicated and the rate of successfully extraction of CBD stones may be increased.
