摘  要:本文以^(14)C-脱氧萄葡糖放射自显影技术,对低碘大鼠脑内各区萄葡糖代谢进行了观察。结果表明低碘大鼠脑的额顶皮质,听觉系各结构,下丘脑及下橄榄核的相对视密度比对照组显著降低。It is well known that iodine deficiency leads to irreversible brain damage during critical peried of brain development. In order to identify the distribution of the effect and to localize particularly vulnerable regions, the animal models of iodine deficincy have been produced in rat with a low iodine diet, the [^(14)c]^- deoxyglucose method for the measurement of local cerebral glucose utilization was applied to iodine deficient rats. These results demonstrate that iodine deficiency during development results in a generalized reduction in glucose utilization with the cortical structures and auditory system being particularly vulnerable.
