摘 要:在水分胁迫下,抗旱性不同的饲用玉米基因型幼苗叶片的部分水分生理指标存在差异。本着有效、简便和重复性好的原则,从所测11项指标中评选出叶片鲜干比和相对含水量可作为重要抗旱鉴定指标;叶片自然含水量,临界饱和亏,水势和幼苗水分利用效率可作为参考鉴定指标;而叶片自然饱和亏、需水程度、束缚水含量及其与自由水含量的比值和离体叶片的保水率一般均不宜作为饲用玉米的抗旱鉴定指标。Under water stress conditions,the differences between some physiologicalindexes of different genotypes in drought resistance were exammed. Based on effectiveness,simplicity and repeatability,among the determined eleven indexes,we considered that therelative water content in leaves and the ratio of fresh weight to dry weight 0f leaves could beused as an important appraisal indexes of drought resistance。Water content,critical-satu-rated water deficit and water potential in leaves and water-utilizing efficiency of seedlingscould be useQ1 as reference appraisal indexes。Leaves' natural-saturated water deficit,water-needing degree,bound water content,the ratio of bound water content to free water content and the water-holding capacity of isolated leaves could not be used as appraisal indexesfor drought resistance in forage maize。
