唾液腺混合瘤核仁形成区及其与生物学行为关系的探讨

摘　　要：应用Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ技术对２７例混合瘤和２０例恶性混合瘤进行观察，结果发现Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ颗粒在正常唾液腺、混合瘤、恶性混合瘤三组中逐级增多。各组间差异有高度统计意义，混合瘤复发病例高于无复发病例。提示Ａｓ－ＮＯＲｓ技术可作为良、恶性混合瘤鉴别诊断及混合瘤复发及预后判断的新的辅助手段。casesof benign mixed tumors of salivary gland and 20 cases of malignant mixed tumors havebeen observed using Ag-NORs technique. Results showed that the number of granules for Ag-NORs weregradually increased in the tissues of normal salivary glands, mixed tumors,and malignant mixed tumors withsignificant difference statistically among them The number of Ag-NORs was significantly higher in recurringcases of mixed tumors than non-recurring cases.The results indicated that Ag-NORs counting reflected thedegree of cells proliferation,and can be used as a new auxillary method for distinguishing between benign andmalignant mixed tumors,judging recurrence and evaluating prognosis of mixed tumors.
