摘　　要：本文从优化设计、更换材料、革新工艺三个方面分析了汽车内燃机的减重途径；并以活塞为例，探讨了内燃机零部件的减重方法。In this paper, the three ways including the optimization of design, the change of materials,and innovation of techniques of weight reduction of automotive internal combustion engine are analyzed. Take the piston as examples, it discusses the methods to reduce the weight of internal combustion engine components.
