摘 要:通过病原菌的分离和致病性鉴定,明确了豌豆根腐病是由尖孢镰刀菌、茄科镰刀菌、终级腐霉3种病原复合侵染引起的;同时对病害的田间消长规律进行了观察。对种子带菌率、品种抗病性、轮作年限、前茬作物、施肥、播种深度、播种时间、温湿度等因素与发病的关系进行了研究;选出64%杀毒矾M8等高效拌种农药和贡井选、草原12号等抗病丰产豌豆品种;在此基础上提出了以抗病品种、药剂拌种、轮作倒茬、适宜的栽培方式等为主要内容的综合防治方法。Through separation of pathogenic fungi and pathogenicity identification it has been fully understood that Fusarium root rot of pea is multiply caused by pythium ultimum Trom,F.oxysporum Schlecht and F.Solani(Mart)Sacc,simutaneously,regulations of the disease occurrance and disapearance were observed in the fields,and the impacts of seed fungus-carrying ratio,cultivar disease-resistance,crop rotation cycle,forecrop,fertilizer application, sowing time and.depth,temperature and moisture upon occurrance of the disease were studied as Fell.Several efficient seed-dressing fungicides,such as sandofan M8 with a concentration of 60% and the high-yield pea cultivars. Gongjingxuan and Chaoyuan No.12 etc. with strong disease- resistance,were selected for the experimental areas.On the basis of the studies the paper proposed.a comprehensive prevention & control approach to the disease in which selection of diseaseresistant cultivars,seed-dressing with fungicides,crop-rotation and practical cultivation techniques are the main measures.
