家兔特有淋巴组织的组织学观察

摘　　要：为了探求家兔特有淋巴组织蚓突和圆小囊的组织学特点及其免疫学基础，本实验对蚓突和圆小囊进行了组织学及组织化学观察。试验结果表明：不同于其它淋巴组织的是，家兔蚓突和圆小囊的淋巴滤泡内形成有一是新月形的帽状结构；蚓突和圆小囊在机体的免疫反应中主要参与体液免疫。Histological and histochernical investigations on circular pouches and worm-shaped processuses of domestic rabbits were conducted to study histological characters and phylaxiological basis of demestic rabbit specific worm-shaped processues and circular pouches of lymph tissues . The results showoed that, unlike other lymph tissues, each lymph follicles in the worm shaped processues and circular pouches has a cresent eap-like structure, and that the processues and pouches mainly play a role in humor immunity in rabbit immune reaction .
