弓形体人工感染小白鼠病理组织学动态观察

摘　　要：本文利用弓形体ＣＮ强毒株腹腔接种２２只小白鼠，于感染后不同时期捕杀，取其各脏器进行病理组织学动态观察。结果表明，弓形体感染后，小白鼠脏器实质细胞呈现急性变质性变化和渐进性环死，且这种变化随其受损程度和病程的进展而变化，其中肝脏受损害的程度最严重，呈现出一定程度的嗜器官性。The 22 mice were inoculated into abdominal cavity by the strong strain of BowCN in the paper, during the different period after infection some mice were killed, the inside organs were observated by pathological histology trends. The results showed that theorgan'S cells of mice infected by Bow appeared an acute deterio -ational change and necrobiosis, which were changing along with the changes of degree of damage and the development of disease, among the organs the liver was damaged seriously, it appeared definitephenomenon of organic disappear.
