大肠杆菌K_(99)─F_(41)基因工程亚单位苗对牛和羊的兔疫试验研究

摘  要:用大肠杆菌K99-F41基因工程亚单位苗对1155头怀孕母牛,1225只怀孕母羊进行免疫接种,所有接受免疫接种的怀孕母畜均无任何不良反应,所产幼畜均发育正常。免疫母牛共产犊牛1150头,发生腹泻者65头;死亡12头,发病率为5.65%,死亡率为18.5%。与对照组(发病率为76.2%,死亡率为59.4%)相比,两组的发病率和死亡率均呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。免疫母羊共生羔羊1226只,发生腹泻者54.只,死亡9只,发病率为4.4%,死亡率为16.7%,与对照组(发病率为73.4%,死亡率为22.3%)相比,两组的发病率和死亡率均呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。试验结果表明,用K99-F41基因。程亚单位苗免疫接种怀孕母畜(牛、羊)可有效地预防新生幼畜(犊牛、羔羊)腹泻的发生,且安全性良好。pregnant cows and 1225 pregnant sheep were vaccinated with Escherichiacolt K99 -F41gene engineering subnit vaccine and all of those not showed ill reaction,the newborn young stock grew normally. Among 1150 newborn calves which were borne by vaccinated cows, 65 newborn calves were attacked by lax (the percentage was 5. 65%), 12 ill calvesdied (the death rate was 18. 5%). In conparison with contrast group (attack rate was 76.2%, death rate was 59. 4% ),there was a significant difference (P>0. 01)between attack rateand death rate of test group and those of contrast group,Among 1226 newborn lambs whichwere born by vaccinated sheep, 54 newborn lambs were attacked by lax(attack rate was 4.4% ), 9 ill lambs died (died rate was 16. 7% ),In comparison with contrast group(attack ratewas 73. 4%,death rate was 22. 3% ),there was a signifcant difference (P>0. 01)between at tack rate and death rate of test group and those of contrast group.The result suggested that it was effective and safe to prevent diarrhea of newborn calvesand lambs by inoculating pregnant cows and sheep with k99-F41 gene engineering subunitvaccIne.
