主动脉缩窄的手术治疗（附3例报告）

摘　　要：本文报告１９８０年～１９９４年手术治疗主动脉缩窄３例，占同期先心手术的０．４％。诊断主要由上肢血压高于下肢、超声心动图及主动脉数字减影作出。手术均在常温麻醉下进行，分别采用缩窄段切开，人造血管补片主动脉成形缩窄段人造血管架桥及缩窄段纵切横缝术式。同期进行合并畸形动脉导管未闭（ＰＤＡ）、主动脉窦瘤破裂（ＲＡＳｖ）、及主动脉狭窄、关闭不全（Ａ＿Ｓ＋Ａ＿Ｉ）的矫治。术后随诊３个月～２年疗效良好。文章还对本病的诊断、手术指证、手术方法选择及手术并发症的处理进行了讨论。3 cases of congenital coarcta-tion of aorta,aging 11, 15 and 25,were operat-ed from 1990 to 1994.The diagnosis was made mainly by charactehstic sign( hypertention of upper limbs),UCG and DSA.Operation was performed under general anaesthesia with nor-mal body temperature. Prosthetic patch aorto-plasty was performed in 1 case, prosthetic by-pass in 1 case,and longitudinal incision and borri-zontal sutures in the remaining Case.PDA.ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus and Asfi were treated at the same setting. For all patients none died. Followed up for 3 months～2years it is revealed good results.The diagnosis, treat-ment and complication were disscussed.
