包瓣术治疗原发性下肢深静脉瓣功能不全（附21例报告）

摘　　要：应用包瓣术治疗原发性下肢深静膜瓣功能不全２１例，其中男性３例，女性１８例。手术方法是取一段剖开的大隐静脉，环包在深静脉第一对瓣摸上，使原瓣膜周径缩小约１／３，再行大隐静脉切除术。根据该病的发病机理，本组手术方法阻制了血液在深静脉返流，疗效优于单纯性大隐静脉切除术。cases(male: cases :fe- male:18 cases)of primary deep venous valvillar disorder were treated by the method of ringing valve,which was to en- circle the first pair of deep venous valves with the section of dissected long saphana ,As a result ,the girth of the original valve decreased by 1/3 ,and then- the long sap hena was operated on by a saphenectomy. On pathogenesis, the method prevented the reflux of the blood in the deep veins ,thus it was more effec- tive than single saphenectomy.
