活血化瘀法治疗甲营养不良的临床及实验研究

摘　　要：报道了５５例甲营养不良患者的甲皱微循环并与健康人对照，结果：甲营养不良患者的甲皱微循环多项指标明显异常；与健康组比较有显著差异性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明甲营养不良患者存在着明显的甲皱微循环障碍，经用中医活血化瘀法治疗后，甲营养不良患者的甲皱微循环障碍均有明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治愈好转率１００％，提示：甲皱微循环检查可作为甲营养不良的诊断指标之一。甲皱微循环异常是该病发病的病理学基础，用活血化瘀法治疗，效果显著。Microcirculations of nail fold of 55 cases of nail malnutrition were observed and compared with normal group.The results showed indexes of microcirculations of nail fold were different than those in control group(P<0.01).Patients of nail malnutrition had disorder of microcirculation of nail fold and one were changed by treatment of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. The tolal effective ratewas 100 %.Observation on microcirculation of nail fold may become one of diagnosis condition of nail malnutrition and disorder of microcirculation of nail fold were a basis of pathologisis in nail malnutrition. It was effective in treatment of promoting blood circulations and removing blood stasis.
