用波特喷雾法对朱砂叶螨的药效测定初报

摘　　要：本试验采用Ｐｏｔｔｅｒ喷雾法测定了农抗新Ｉ、三氟氯氰菊酯、有机氮及右机磷杀（虫）螨剂等６种药剂对朱砂叶螨的毒力。结果ＬＣ＿（５０）（有效成分ｐｐｍ）次序为４０％氧乐果（１１．６６）＞２．５％三氟氯氰菊酯乳油（２２．３４）＞２Ｏ％甲氰菊酯（５９．９５）＞农抗新Ｉ（浓缩液，８３．４ｒ／ｍｌ）＞２Ｏ％双甲脒（１２６．８３）＞２Ｏ．４２％三氯杀螨醇乳油（１６６．５４）。Toxicities of 6 pesticides including AgricuIturalAntibiotic Xin I,cyhalothrin,organonitrogen, and organophos-phorous acaricides(insecticides)to Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval)collected frorn Nanjing area were tested in the lab-oratory by potter spray tower. The results obtained indicatedthat sequence of toxicities is 40% Omethoate EC(LC_(50) :11.66ppm,A.I.)>2.5%Cyhalothrin EC(22.34)>20%Fen-propathrin EC (59.95)>AgricuItural Antibiotic Xin I (83.4r/ml)>20%Amitraz EC(126.83)> 20.42%Kelthane EC(166.54).
