摘　　要：以超声震离法提取，不经层析柱净化，风扇挥干法进行试样残留量前处理，带氮磷检测器气相色谱进行分析的丙溴磷残留量测定方法和国外同类方法相比，所需试剂种类少，操作简便，平均回收率在９３％以上，最低检测浓度为０。０１ｍｇ／ｋｇ，已应用于田间实验。The determination of the residues of profenofos in-volves that the sample is extracted in the ultrasonator withoutfurther cleanup on the chromatographic column. The extract isdried and then analysed by gas chromatography with a nitro-gen phosphorus detector(NPD).The analytical procedure issimple with less reagents. The average recovery rate is over93%withadetermination limit of 0. 01mg/kg.
