滚子链链板有效应力集中系数的研究

摘　　要：通过有限元法理论计算、光弹试验和成组疲劳试验，深入系统地研究了滚子链链板有效应力集中系数的分布问题。该研究结果，可作为滚子链疲劳可靠性设计的重要基础资料。In this paper,the problem about effective stress concentration factor of Chains plate wasstudied deeply and systematically by means of finite element theoretical calculation,photoe-lastic test and bunching fatigue test.Theoretical stress concentration factor bears no relationwith pitch and load,but has relation with width of chain plate.Effective stress concentrationfactor obeys to normal distribution.The conclusion of this paper may be served as significantbasic date of chains fatigue reliability design.
